Pretty solid little run today. I didn't get out yesterday, so I was nice and fresh this morning. I'm probably back to the point where I could do more like 6 or 7 the day before a long run, but I wanted to be conservative and left it at ~5. I felt fantastic though; my legs and achilles/calves had no issues at all, and the pace was faster than we've been doing but it felt very easy.
