This run pretty much sucked. Started great, felt really good and I was all set to do my 13.5 miles or so. About 7 miles in I realized I was more tired from yesterday's workout than I thought, so I backed off the pace and felt pretty good. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when choosing my route, and took the wrong road. I added almost 2 miles onto the run, most of it uphill. Basically crashed, hard; not hydrated well, not enough food, and a couple miles longer than I expected. Awful run.
