Today's run was kind of disappointing after such a good run yesterday, I was having a bit of a hard time keeping below 145 for the whole thing. Maybe it was the PBJ sandwich I had 90 minutes before the run. Weather was good, not too cold or windy. The ankle pain that was absent yesterday came back today, going to have to hit it with some ice and NSAIDs. I was able to get the mile and average HR for the first two and last two miles today:
