Pretty solid workout today, though as always I'm a bit disappointed with how badly my pace fell off trying to maintain this aerobic zone HR. It's really only my third workout in 3 weeks though, so I can't be too upset. I felt very good from start to finish, so that was positive. No injury pains or anything. I'll just keep plugging away and hopefully my fitness just climbs.
