Notes
This was a very nice run from start to finish. It was perfect weather and I felt fantastic. I probably would have run a tad faster alone, but it was just good to get a nice long run in. No issues at all, though I was a little tight in the achilles afterwards. Pretty standard stuff though, nothing to be concerned about!
