Today I did laps on Plunkton, totaling 6 miles. This run was not the worst I've had, but it was far from my best ever. Even though, for me, 9:30 pace for any HR at 150 or less is great, I felt really tired. I ran easily, but after a very restless night I was just exhausted. Feeling better after the run though. I kept the mileage low since I'm going to be biking to work at 2:00, and I don't want to kill myself.
