Notes
Today was just a nice, easy run after work with everyone who was at the store today. I hope that all my easy days fall on days where people want to run after, because this is how easy running is meant to be: a nice leisurely jaunt in the evening. We stopped at 4 miles and stretched out a bit, then everyone went home and I did two more easy miles by myself. All in all, a nice run on a nice night.
I still need new shoes though, 500 miles is enough for the poor Adrenalines.
