Not such a good run. Compared to yesterday, this run was downright awful. Wicked humid, and therefore I was working hard to keep cool, making my heart rate really uncontrollable. Although last week I got accustomed to running sub-10s no matter the heart rate, 10:26 average pace isn't so bad compared to my overall averages.
