Notes
This run was bad. I ran down the Airport Road and then along route 100 to Warren Village. The weather is pretty awful for late May; I usually expect at least in the 70s, but today it was under 60 and it was really windy. The part that made this run bad, though, was the vicious stomachache I had throughout. I had some GI upset all day, but I assumed it would be gone by the afternoon. I was wrong, and I paid for it for the whole run. I'm confident that I would have run this at a faster pace if I wasn't holding my stomach in pain.
