Notes
Today's run was a quick 6.55 to Grove Street off of 85 and then back.
It was raining but overall this was a pretty decent run. Again, I think I was going too hard early, and even though I was able to hold the pace through the whole run I was a bit more tired out than I probably should have been. Tomorrow I'm going to try to do 10 and I have to be very certain to keep it easy for at least 3-4 miles so that I can handle the full distance without burning out.
