This run was actually pretty good despite being foolishly slow. My legs felt good all the way, and it's certainly the easiest time I've had completing this kind of distance on my current build-up. The only major issue was that my HR became basically uncontrollable in the last 3-4 miles. Any incline would cause a big spike in HR. I think this was due to dehydration. I actually felt fine, though the last mile was tough. I need to focus on getting more water in all the time so that this issue is mitigated.
