Felt good today, and like I mentioned yesterday, my HR for this run was 145 but I ran almost exactly the same pace as yesterday's 160. I just think it's weird. Ran to Mad Meadows Road and back, that uphill is a killer. The temperature difference (-20 from yesterday) is disconcerting.
