Notes
This run was good. I took it very easy for the first 3.5-5 miles or so. My 3 mile split was about 24:00, and my 4 mile split was something like 31:50. I definitely picked it up for the last mile or two, making this a bit of a progression run. When I finished I felt good, like I could go a few more, so if I can handle a bit faster pace at the end I'm going to toss it in.
