It's still chilly out. Today was the recovery from yesterday's threshold run, so I ran an easy 6 miles. The middle three miles, which are fairly flat, I did in 29 minutes or so with an average pace of 9:42 miles and average HR of 146. Seems like I'm getting a bit faster at the low HR, although it's still very hard to keep it down while going up a hill at the end of the run.
