Notes
Today's run was pretty decent. I was a lot more tired for the last three miles than I normally am; I think I need to eat more if I'm going to be running more mileage, because the the 1500-2000 calories I eat currently doesn't seem like enough. My aim was to average 150 bpm, but I pushed the last mile hard as I sometimes do. Today I think it's just because I wanted to be done so I could get something to eat, I was just that hungry.
