Notes
Foggy and misty. Nice morning for a run. I didn't feel as energetic as yesterday, unsurprisingly, but PTT felt pretty darned good, especially considering how I didn't take it easy yesterday, after the run. I had been running up and down stairs all day at work, and we had dance practice in the evening. Back to the run, I was slower, but felt okay. Concentrated on extreme relaxation in the left ankle. That seems to be good.
