Either the ankle brace is a big help or I'm getting better. Maybe both. Still not wanting to do much push-off with the left foot, but running in close to normal form and pace. Muscles still stiff and weak, especially in the right thigh. Felt like I was finishing 14 miles. Nonetheless, it was the best run so far in my recovery phase. Greeted a pair of other runners this time.
Rode my bike to work, and again, ankle didn't give me trouble, but I didn't want to push it. Had left foot on pedal more at the arch/heel than forefoot where it belongs.
Had planned on swimming yesterday, but realized I couldn't get out of the driveway due to the trash and tree branches piled there for garbage pickup.
