Notes
So, we got home from dance so late, and still had to fix and eat dinner, that I gave up on the longer run and set my alarm for 5:30. Then, it was so warm this morning, that I didn't want to wear VFFs and didn't want to mess with huaraches and risk new blisters. Decided on a BF run. Wasn't confident enough about my feet, so only ran around the block once. It really felt good, but still risk-averse, I cut it off and went home. Enjoyed it enough that I think I could do a BF mile, but gotta be careful.
