Finally, my PTT was minimal! Felt some left knee discomfort as I started, but that went away. The PTT was there, but felt more like it was flaring down rather than flaring up. Early on, I guessed this would be a 1:03 run; it turned out to be even better.
Below the dam a guy (walker) stopped me and said to "be careful, there's an oddball up there. I don't know what he wants." I thanked him and went on, but did not see any other oddball. Did see the three women running down 70th.
Will see how my tendon does today. I'm not wearing the Asics, which I am beginning to blame, at least partially. "Motion control."
Yesterday, rain was my excuse to not run.
