Notes

Cloudy, warm, a little humid, 65 deg. dew point 60. Ran by myself, did the high school and back loop. Ran up Steve’s favorite hill, kinda tough as usual. Then went up to Penobscot, down and around to the high school. Looped through the parking lot and back up Somerset. Ran back up to Penobscot to Porter West and then up through Sticky town. Kept the pace moderate to hard, and pushed fairly hard on the hills. Tried to quicken my turn over on the descents rather than braking all the way down. Turned past the hospital and went down to Maple St. Ran up Maine Ave. and turned right. Looped up through Tom Bourret’s and headed for Franklin. Ran pretty fast down Franklin but not all out. Ran through downtown and around Rite Aid back to the mill. Ran easy back and forth across the footbridge to cool down. Good training run to start getting back in shape for the road hills. Really warm for November.

Gear: shorts, short tech T, water pack
