Notes
Partly sunny, cool, slight breeze, 50 deg. It was pretty cold during the morning and I was afraid I might be cold, even with a long sleeve shirt, but it was fine. Just right actually. Ran the Black Bridge loop clockwise by myself. Kept the pace steady, easy to moderate so I could maintain a 3 breaths in, 3 out pace. Legs and joints felt ok even though I haven’t been on the roads for a while.
