Notes

Cloudy, a little cold, slight wind, 39 deg. Ran the reverse high school loop. The wind was a little cold going up Franklin Ave, but I was just starting to break a sweat so it wasn’t too bad. Kept the pace moderate to hard most of the run. Ran pretty hard all the way to the high school, then let up some around the parking lot and on Hancock, then picked it back up to the top of the hill by Legere’s. Slowed again until I crossed Porter West then ran hard up the hill and all the way to Lincoln Ave. Ran a moderate pace from Penobscot down to the bridge and then picked it up and ran hard back to the mill. Cooled down back and forth across the footbridge. Good run, worked hard but tried not to redline it the entire time. Felt a little phlegmy, although used inhaler before the run and it seemed to help. Abs felt a little tired, need to keep working on those. Legs felt good, no aches or pains. I was worried I was going to be cold, but sweating pretty good by mid run.

Gear: shorts, long tech T (White to Black) water pack
