Notes
Sunny, very warm, no wind. Started at 50 deg. finished it was 63 deg. Ran with Bob to the High School and all around town. Fairly easy pace except on the hills we ran hard. Felt pretty good. Left foot sore some and left hip a little sore off and on also. Great day to be out, it really felt like spring. We checked the trail off Porter West and it was soft but not super mushy. It should set up pretty good the next day or too.
