Sunny, hot, 76. Bob and I did an easy run to the Rec Park and back. I bashed the 4th toe on my right foot on the shower door frame last night and it is sore, and black and blue. Feels ok walking but wasn’t sure how it would feel running. Also, this was the first run since the 50K on Sunday. Nothing felt sore, but it took a couple miles to get warmed up. Legs were definitely fatigued. Overall a good run, hot but not real bad.
