Mostly sunny, warm, 72 deg. Bob and I did a somewhat easy run to the Rec Park and back. I didn’t want to go too hard with the 50K coming up this weekend. Didn’t feel that great for the first couple miles, felt tired, legs felt tired, I was hot. But the second part of the run was better. We were running under 10 minute miles at the start, so that may account for some of it. We skipped going behind the tennis courts after all the ticks we got last time. No ticks this time.
Good final run before the big race Sunday. It’ll be busy the rest of the week with the annual outage any way.
