Christmas day run. Very cold today, underdressed and nearly froze to death. Lots of ice to try and dodge on the sidewalks and roads. Still wearing the strap on my stomach and it cuts off my air supply. Also still some discomfort in my calf, trying to take it very easy when running as not to aggravate the injury
