Notes

trying to let my right foot heal up. Feeling a little better then yesterday but still very tender when running. Going to start wearing a more minimal shoe tomorrow hoping it will help me land more on midfoot. When I strike there rather then towards the back it feels better. Prolly a VERY bad idea to change up gait 2 weeks prior to marathon but might be the only way I can get to the start line. This sucks
