Notes

recovery run from yesterdays hill workout. Did my best to run slower than usual. Ran 8:03 pace, right @my targeted easy pace. Felt a little sluggish first couple miles. Planning on 18 miles tomm. if weather permits. Carey rode along with me today on her bike
