Workout with Randy was 5x 800m & 4x 200m on the measured road course. 2:45 recovery jog between 800s and 1 minute standing rest between 200s.
Splits: 2:46, 2:40, 2:44, 2:38, 2:56 & 36, 36, 35, 36
last 800m was 15 seconds slower then the rest. I was feeling the heat and my legs were tired. My body needs a rest day after 50+ days without a day off.
