Goal was just to manage a morning run and get in a few miles - felt pretty good overall and legs feel quite fresh. I thought getting sick might have left me flat but no running/lifting aside from the few miles Thursday and easy lift yday has been like a taper I guess and enough to over-ride the illness.
I did start to feel some fatigue hit around mile 5 that lingered for the rest of the run and suspect I'll need to be extra cautious for a few days. Nose/sinuses were pretty active with draining during and then after the run.
GPS a bit glitchy a couple times per the map so pace/distance slightly off and wind was at back first couple...regardless, another encouraging sign of fitness.
