Cold & foggy day. One of my goals this year was to get the double-digit monkey off my back. This was my first double-digit run since August of 2010! Felt really good to record one after so long, even though it's just a number. After this, I took my 2nd ice bath in 3 days. I'm thankful for hot coffee ;-)
Probably going to hold off on any speed work for a couple of weeks (no races until Jan. 12th) and work my mileage back up a little, since I've had a couple of low-mileage weeks lately.
