1 mi warmup (on track) @ 8:52, 1 mi TT on track @ 6:36, 3.8 mi cool down on streets around school @ 33:19. Started TT too fast, then struggled to hold on. Backstretch was like a wind tunnel. 1:30/1:42/1:43/1:41. Was hoping to break 6:30, but at least now I know.
