Notes
Wow. This was one I probably should have either postponed, or gone shorter & slower. Did 2 x .5 mile intervals after a mile warmup (3:50, 3:33). After 3 hrs of sleep last night (new puppy), still having a cold, and running during the heat of the day (mid-upper 80's this week), I was spent during and after this little jaunt. But...the heel felt good, so I've got THAT going for me ;-)
