Notes
Had a little lull in the workload today. It would have been a crime NOT to ride! Clear blue skies, 70° (probably a record for this date, locally). The only slight negative is my total lack of fitness. But, having ridden exactly twice since last summer might explain that. Still managed a decent pace, but the legs and lungs have a long way to go. Time to start getting serious. It would be nice to find some riding partners here. Might be time to join the Spokane cycling club...
