Notes

Centennial Trail, Snohomish. Out & back, easy pace. First 6 miles were run in a downpour. Left hip/glute got tight during last 4-5 miles, and rt IT band (below outside of rt knee) was tweaky off and on. Upper rt calf became tight & sore once I got home. I've run 50.5 miles in the last 7 days and, for me, that's a lot. Might need to back off just a bit. Body is starting to show signs of overuse injuries. Was more wiped out when I got home than I usually am after a 12-mile run.
