Got my daughter up at 6:15 (two days in a row!). She ran the first two miles with me - her longest so far (10:35/10:11). I kept the rest of the run nice and easy. My heel hurt on and off during the run - about the same as always now. Not really improving, not really getting worse.
I'll rest tomorrow, then run the Run of the Mill 5k on Saturday & see what happens.
