1 mi warmup (8:29), 2 x 1/2 mi repeats (3:05, 2:58), w/3 min rest between, 2 mi cool down (16:04). Felt strong on the half miles. Was going to run a mile TT at CV, but the track was occupied. Thinking I'm probably good for about a 6:15 mile, currently.
