Notes
Got a wee bit carried away with this one. Wanted to go out at 9:00, be at 8:00 for mile 4, then dip under 8 for the last mile. Here's what happened:
8:52, 8:31, 8:13, 7:41, 7:27. I was on track until mile 4 got away from me. Still have trouble finding that 8:00-ish pace. Still felt pretty good, if not a bit worn out by the end. Very windy, but no rain.
I'm taking tomorrow off to do some strength training, easy dog jog on Thursday, Friday off, then race on Saturday.
