.52 mi warmup, 3 x .2 mi intervals (w/.2 mi recoveries). Pace - 8:39/8:10/7:32, .77 mi cooldown. Added an additional fast interval this week, and picked up the pace a bit. Natalie held up fine. Should be ready to rock her 5k next month (as well as the start of cross-country season). Me? still day-to-day on the heel (good today), but it felt nice to run a 7:30 pace for even just .2 miles. I feel heavy, though! Also broke out the long-neglected Launches, which felt great.
