Two mile warmup (8:42, 8:44) followed by three "tempo" miles (7:00, 6:49, 6:55), followed by a one mile cooldown (8:27). Averaged 6:55 for the three tempo miles. Felt pretty tough. I need to focus on relaxing (esp. my upper body and head) during fast running, as I was tightening up just a little.
