Centennial Trail, out and back. 50:43 out, 47:49 back, including a couple of 7:30 miles in the last 3. Still had some trouble breathing (with the head/chest cold), but had decent energy level. Rt. knee a bit bothersome afterward. Iced both knees when home. Wife & kids came and rode bikes as I ran. Lots of ppl on the trail today! Actually wore a sleeveless and shorts today! Sun, 50 deg.
