Second run of the day. 2 mi warmup (17:46), 4 x .25 mi: 1:31/1:33/1:33/1:29 (w/3 min rest intervals), 1 mi cooldown (8:00). Quarters were too fast, but they felt surprisingly good. Not all out, either. These old legs may have a little left in them after all! Assuming I can avoid injuries. That's a BIG assumption.
