Notes
After a warmup mile (9:37), I alternated four hard halves with four easy halves. The hard halves were: 3:20, 3:13, 3:09, 3:08. They weren't easy, but I was a little surprised. I didn't think I had that much speed currently. Still not expecting a blazing 5k time next Saturday, but I'm a little more confident now. Heel felt good during run. A little sore after.
