Notes
Felt like stretching the distance just a little today. I hadn't run farther than 4 miles this year. Felt good, except for a tightening right calf. Also had trouble keeping the heart rate at 120. It was in the low 130's the last couple of miles. Probably said "leave it" to Apollo more on this run than any before. Lots of squirrels, ducks, walkers, dogs, runners, etc. out today.
