After a few weeks of easy, low-mileage running, I couldn't resist the urge to mix in a little speed today. 1 mile warmup, then 2 miles of .25 fast/.25 slow. Fast quarters were roughly 6:45-7:00 pace. Still feel heavy and slow, but it was refreshing to finally open things up a little. No aches during the run, but I expect the hamstring to show its disapproval over the next day or two.
