Notes
Cold and drizzly. Stretched the distance a little today. Longest run since I ran 8 miles on October 14th of last year. Still felt the dull ache where the right hamstring and glute tie together, but nothing I haven't felt before. Didn't feel terribly energetic, but better than I expected after yesterday's bike ride and last evening's 4-mile hike w/my sister. As I keep saying, the fitness is slowly returning. Still far from feeling "fit," but there are signs.
