Notes
It was hot (near 90°), but I had the itch to take the dog out for a short & easy run; my first in several days and only my second in the last month. I wore my compression socks. Not sure if they helped with anything or not, but I'm happy to say that I had no pain during this run. I did feel my hamstring, but I ran at a pace that didn't really aggravate it. No calf pain, though, which was a pleasant surprise. My lower back has been a mess for over a week, but even that didn't bother me during the run. Maybe I can sneak in a few of these short, easy runs every week and see if I can rebuild from there.
