Sunny, 52°, breezy. Might've been a bit early to bump it to 4 miles, but I survived. Left knee hurt during first mile, then again in last mile. Hammy was noticeable, but not painful. Felt pretty sluggish & out of shape toward the end. But it was nice to run for over a half an hour again. T-minus 192 miles until 10,000 lifetime miles.
