Notes
Short and easy. Took yesterday off because I've been feeling weak and tired this week. Not quite a cold, but a very drained feeling. Still feeling it after this little run. Want to get rested since this weekend will be a tough one. I'm running a 5-mile race on Saturday (just as a training run - not all out), then pacing a friend in the Mt. Si 50-mile ultra. I'll probably run the last 22-23 miles of it with him. Hope I'm up to the task!
