The fog finally cleared. Sun, 50°. The dog needed exercise, and I wanted to get in a short, easy run that didn't aggravate my hamstring. Mission accomplished ;-)
Today was my oldest daughter Natalie's last cross-country meet of the season. She had only finished one race this season due to a stubborn injury. She gutted it out and finished today, although she finished in tears. Very proud of her effort. Hopefully some post-season rest & strengthening will get her 100% healthy before track season.
